The cooler temperatures have made for some interesting color changes in the roses on my corner of Katy. I can't remember them doing this in previous years. I find myself curiously intrigued by and enamored of the differences.

As you can imagine, I've been outside a LOT. This is the season when I find posting to this blog the most difficult: I'm focused on working in the garden rather than writing about it. I'm also finding that my energy and stamina levels aren't what they were even a few years ago but I carry on. I'll do my best to post in a timely fashion but trust you understand why my posts may be brief!
